Our ceremonial grade Matcha produced in the Nisho region of Aichi prefecture, Japan. This region has been growing high quality tencha the tea that is ground into Matcha, for over 800 years. Ceremonial grade Matcha is the highest quality Matcha one can drink, and has been used in formal Japanese tea ceremonies for centuries. It is lightly sweet with a buttery, smooth finish.
